So AT&T makes it easier for you to set up a new password orretrieve your lost and forgotten User ID in case you forgot your SBCGlobal userid or password.In this article, we are goingto discuss on how you can set a new password in place of forgotten one and howto retrieve your User ID through your e-mailor phone.

Forgot Your SBCGlobal User ID ?

1.   First from my AT&Tmobile app or the login page from att.com, click on Forgot User ID link.
2.   Then enter your Contact EmailAddress for your account. Then click on Next.
3.   AT&T will send your User ID tothis email address.
4.   Some users might want to choosereceive their IDs in the form of free text message. If you cannot remember yourcontact email address, choose Don’t know your contact email address?link.
5.   Then provide your account typesuch as Wireless,HOme Phone/Internet/DirecTv or U-verse to retrieve your User ID.
6.   That is it. You will thenreceive your lost or forgotten SBCGlobal User ID.

Forgot Your SBCGlobal Password?

AT&T makes it easier to set up a new password if you arehaving problems with your login password
1.   From myAT&T app or att.comlogin page, select Forgot yourpassword? link.
2.   Now enter your User ID and yourLast Name on their respective fields.
3.   Choose how would you like tocreate a new password. You can either receive a temporary password or you cananswer security questions.
4.   If you choosetemporary password, you can also choose how you want to receive iti.e. via e-mail or text message.
5.   After you receive temporarypassword, you will use this one-time temporary password to create a new loginpassword.

6.   If you choose answer securityquestions. you need to answer to security question that you set during AT&T e-mail sign up.Then you will be asked to set a new login password.
